We are packed and ready to go!! I have 2 boxes of stuff to send to Canada, that has been collected much to Motormans dismay. He has been kind enough to lend me a piece of luggage, and like I imagined, made sure I didn't take too much. I got away with it anyway, it all fit. Just barely all that has to go on now is this computer and my morning change and cosmetic bag.
One thing I have that is very important to do is call my mommy, as we will be on the road on Mothers Day!
The day flew by and we never did get to the parking lot for our last whip around the course. That's okay, as once we get to Pensacola,, Priss has it lined up for us to go to the parking lot and the Harley Dealership. I believe there will be 12 women.
Doc and I are running around in circles, I think we are now wishing bedtime would come..lol
Things are moving right along, a couple I met in Mexico for the first time got hold of me, and said they are looking foreword to showing us around Millwaukee, that is where, the Biggest HD shop is. They have even offered to take us in for the night. You just got to love the camaraderie of bikers.
I know there are people out there worried about some of the riders, especially the mothers, but they really have nothing to worrie about, I am confident, it is all good. I mean really this is second time round for me. Last year, I did it alone, but never alone for a moment with total strangers until the very last leg to home. So relax everyone, it was so much fun, not only me, but many others are doing it again.
It isn't anymore dangerous than, walking across the street or driving your car..
