Fundraiser in Mexico

This was the Breast Cancer ride on Vancouver Island when Ada came to visit me.. I was a fairly new rider an she went with me. She had never seen such a site in her life, and we were both totally exhausted. Makes me chuckle when I think about how tire we were and it was only about a 6 hour day. She really appreciates what we do in the fundraising and riding. Someday Ada wants to learn how to ride. Here she is in Mexico in her brand new little coffee shop. She has met many of the riders personally on the Island when she visisted the last couple of summers and went for rides with me... Thanks for donating Ada!!!

Last night I went to my families restaurant, the Pina Colada and talked to my Compadre. He offered me a Dinner for two with drink of choice...Anything on the menu, to auction off, with all proceeds going to our fundraiser. I also went to my little buddies coffee shop and she is offering for second prize 5 free phone calls to the USA or Canada, third prize, a free t-shirt from her shop. I put it in the local paper this morning and there is one week to place your bid. They will email me the bid. The value is at least 75.oo value, so we will see what happens. Wish us luck!!!
