Fundraiser Breast Cancer

As I said many times I really wish I knew how to organize the fundraiser. As I said, I put it in the hands of a Dragon with a whip. Anyone who reads this and knows me there is no possible way, I could have wrote it. Anyhoo, she sent it to the appropriate people so maybe we can find out how to do it easier. Here is her letter.
Hi,
My name is Jenn Geeson, and I am writing to you on behalf of a friend, who is in the planning stages of her second cross continental trip on her Harley.
Last year she did it mainly for herself and to get her new motorcycle home from Florida. This turned into not just a trip of a lifetime for her and the opportunity to meet many other riders(mainly female) but also gave her reason to go back and make this trip all over again starting in May of 2009. Her ride was nicknamed the "Conga" and this will be "Conga2"
This year she has decided to make it a fundraiser for breast cancer as well as another fabulous trip. At the present she has approximately a dozen fellow lady riders that will be leaving from Pensacola Florida, heading north towards Milwaukee, Wisconsin and then west to cross the border into Vancouver and in turn home to Vancouver Island. The riders will change as the route progresses as some need to return home and others will pick up where they live and join her in her travels as far as they are able. In this fashion, last year I was able to head to California to meet up with her and escort her back to Canada.
Last year she collected some pledges from friends and family for each state that she made it to and donated that to a local charity on Vancouver Island. She would like to try and make this a bigger fundraiser then last year.
She has had an unofficial "uniform"(t shirt) designed for the riders to purchase and the company that is making these shirts has kindly donated a dollar from each towards her fundraiser. I believe at this point he has sold approximately 55 shirts and there are more being ordered every day.
Another lady rider has been busy making some pins with the pink ribbon on them for each of the riders to wear on the ride for a small donation to the fundraiser.
So she is already getting contributions to donate to Breast Cancer but would like a means of making it bigger if possible.
I have ridden in the Vancouver Island Ladies ride for Breast Cancer for several years and know that once you register you can set up both an online donation form in your name and also have paper forms that you can collect pledges with. This is why I am writing to you today. I am wondering if there is a way that we can set up similiar donation forms both online and in paper form. This way the ladies that are riding on the "Conga" can both email any friends, family or aquaintances for pledges before they leave on this ride and also if they have paper donation forms they can collect along the route.
Any help you can offer on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. I realize that the majority of this ride is taking place in the USA and most of the riders are also American. Personally I dont see a difference where the donations go for Breast Cancer as long as it helps find a cure. Is there a general Breast Cancer society that is continental? If not I believe her plans are to donate all funds collected on her return to Canada, hence why I am contacting you.
There is a very large following on several lady rider forums including one that is set up strictly for the information regarding this ride.

She also has a blog that she has started with all information so far in regards to the trip and once she arrives in Florida she will be blogging every day and all the way across the continent. http://flo-conga2reunion.blogspot.com/
This is also the link from last years blog if you would find it interesting to get more background of how and why she makes these trips. http://goinwitheflo.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Im hoping that you can be of assistance in helping getting something organized that we can all collect pledges or donations and make this not just about a group of female motorcycle enthusiasts that are travelling far and wide but also about helping to find a cure to Breast Cancer.
Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you,
Jenn Geeson
