Getting Excited!!!

Well I am getting excited now!!!! I just decided I am leaving for Hudson a little earlier than expected..I talked to Doc yesterday and we have decided on April 4th... I can hardly wait. My DH is coming back this weekend for two weeks and I will leave the same time. I am sure in the next two weeks we will have everything sorted out. After all it is his bike I will be bringing home and he will make sure I have all my DUCKS IN A ROW!!
I am so looking forward to the training and all, and want to make him proud of me for NOT DROPPING HIS BIKE! This might have to be the time where I will take Motormans advice when he says....Why do you have to tell the world ;) My thoughts on that are, well if I only tell the good part or the easy parts it won't help the gals that are watching. Things don't just come that easy sometimes and you just have to keep on keeping on as some have told me many times.
I am a little nervous of this bike as it has a fairing which I have never so much as rode one around the block. After not being on a bike for so long you start to wonder if you can still ride. I have been watch some old you tubes of me riding just to remind myself I can still do it.
Then I watch Babybiker whipping her bike around with the fairing and I say to myself... If she can do it... so can I!!
I know Mororman is going to be brutal with me this time... Hell, he was last time but I need that!! As much as it scares the pants off me.
Anyway I am not the only one getting excited. I recieved an emil this morning from one of the new riders. I never realized how new she was and she is riding in the Conga with us. This is what she said this morning....
I can't hardly stand the wait. Sometimes I still can't believe. Took the MSF course in November, did not even know how to start the bike. Bought the bike in December when no one was around to help me learn to ride and 3 months later I have beautiful friends whom I haven't even met - YET and planning some crazy 4 days of fun on the bike with those friends.
