Just a tad sad!

I am just a tad sad today. Last night, I sent out about 500 emails. I know it is the weekend and all, but I sent it out for a good cause. I know times are tough, and I hope that is all it is. I had one donatation other than Docdonna, from people I have never heard of before. So... that I should be happy about...someone new heard about the fundraiser. I am sad that everyone is hurting so financially right now!
Today, my Mexican girlfriend looked at me and said.. you know what we need to do...take your Conga bracelets... go up to everyone on the beach, all the tourists and ask for a donation for Breast Cancer and give them one of your cards with the site on it... I was shocked..she said she will help me, so we will see if I have the guts to do that.... Hmmm. It might be difficult for me.
For an udate on how the fundraising is going... check to the right of the blog... thanks for any donation no matter how small it is.. Every dollar helps. If I sent 500 emails and every one sent a dollar and then everyone passed on the email imagine how fast it would add up.
