Wickenburg Nevada

We left Ely Nevada at 8am right after we had a big o’l breaky at the hotel. My God, things are different down here. You can tell we aren’t in Canada anymore, the portion sizes are crazy. I even suggested to Rob after the dinner we had, maybe it was a good idea to share breakfast. He insisted he was starving and ordered ham and eggs. Well holy shyte I tell ya, there was enough to feed 4 adults. Anyway we have lunch now too and won’t have to make an extra stop.
That sure was a funky old hotel, with memorabilia of all sorts. There was memorabilia of Movie stars, hunters, and motorcycles all over the place. Quit the combination really. Very interesting it was. The room was old but the bed and bedding was to die for. We had wireless internet but it didn’t work much last night. This morning it was a little more cooperative. I love checking in and saying hi to everyone but wont get a chance to respond to all. The Conga Reunion forum is coming right along and I see the sales of the Conga T-shirts moving right along.
This is a good thing, it means for the cause. I really enjoy seeing all the gals in the shirts. I will be curious as to the first man wearing one. ;) It is looking like we are getting more involvement and more and more women planning to jump in. On my travels, before I left Canada I bought 25 Canada pins to give away to the first 25 people that ride.

We are trying to get to Wickenburg or Phoenix Arizona today. The roads are gorgeous for riding bikes if the season was right but still a fair bit of ice and slush. The sun is out though so it’s a nice drive. Yesterday we drove over 800 miles. The old body was aching pretty well by the end of that shift.
Another long day for driving, but I managed to get another 5000 words written for my book.
